Import CSV/Excel: format and tips

Recommended columns

• name – Activity name
• group – EPIC or workstream name
• start – Start date (YYYY-MM-DD)
• end – End date (YYYY-MM-DD)
• status – One of: Not Started, In Progress, Delayed, Blocked, Action Needed, Completed

Formatting tips

• Dates must be valid and start should be on or before end.
• Keep status values consistent with the tool’s statuses for best color mapping.
• Large imports? Start small, verify, then import the full sheet.
